The QUESCO Group came into being on 23rd February,
1990 by the establishment of LECCO Consultants Limited
which was later renamed as QUESCO Systems Limited on
21st July, 2000. In December 2001, Quesco Group become
wholly-owned subsidiaries of ITE (Holdings) Limited.
The primary business focus of
the QUESCO Group is to provide IT Professional Services and Contract Staff
Services. The
QUESCO Group has recently undergone a strategic internal restructuring and is
now comprised of two subsidiary firms each providing service within their respective
areas of expertise.
QUESCO
Systems Limited provides the Contract & Recruitment Services provided to
clients by the QUESCO Group. We have been providing Contract Staff Recruitment services
for more than 13 years to date.
Our newly
incorporated subsidiary operating vehicle QUESCO Information Services Limited
( QISL) is dedicated to the provision of our IT Professional Services. The purpose
of the restructure and creation of this subsidiary company is to consolidate the
QUESCO Group’s internal areas of expertise and enhance the specific services
provided by the IT Professional Services division.
Effected
1st April, 2003 the entire IT Professional
Services division of QUESCO Group, was transferred to operate as QUESCO Information
Services Limited (QISL). The division functions, operations, management
and personnel remain the same under QISL while seeking to further improve and enhance
the IT Professional Services provided by the Company.
Over the years the QUESCO Group has been providing leading
edge IT solutions to an impressive list of Hong Kong's major market players and
Government organisations.
Our mission is to assist our customers
to run a successful business by employing the latest and, more importantly, appropriate
computer technology and approaches. The fundamental ethos behind all our operations,
and the reason we believe we have been and will continue to be successful, has been
the high priority we give to customer relations. Good communication and close
consultation are vital in helping us understand a customer's business, and developing
mutual trust.
We respond to all manners
of requests from different organizations, both in the private and public sectors,
which are in need of professional assistance. From a full scale enterprise-wide
upgrade or Greenfield development involving a team of specialists, to a particular
technology problem that might involve one consultant working onsite with a client.

the best expert suitable for the job.
